3.1.2. Specific criteria for Assessors of the People’s Courts and Military Courts of different levels

  • Main tasks and practical skills:

    • An assessor of a local People’s Court of different levels must meet all the general criteria as provided in Item 2 of Article 5 of the Ordinance on Judges and Assessors of the People’s Courts.
    • An assessor of an area Military Tribunal or regional Military Tribunal must meet all the general criteria as provided in Item 2 of Article 5 of the Ordinance on Judges and Assessors of the People’s Courts and be an officer on active duty or a civil servant or national defence worker who is serving in the military.
