  • Main tasks and practical skills

    • Any individual, body or organization shall have the right to discover breaches of the law which exist in legally enforceable judgments or decisions of the Court and notify it to the persons who have the right to protest (Paragraph 1 of Article 274 of the CrPC).
    • Where the Court or Procuracy discovers breaches of the law which exist in legally enforceable judgments or decisions of the Court, the Court or Procuracy should notify the persons who have the right to protest (Paragraph 2 of Article 274 of the CrPC).
