2.3.4. Oral argument at the trial; deliberation and pronouncement of judgments; post-trial tasks.

    Main tasks and practical skills:

    These tasks should follow Sub-sections 1.3.4., 1.3.5. and 1.3.6. of Section 1.3. under Heading “Hearing of first instance” of Part Two “Hearing of criminal cases” of this Bench book. The Judge should note the following issues:

    • The decision on suspension of appellate hearing made by the Trial panel must be in accordance with Form 02b (promulgated with Resolution No. 05/2005).
    • The minutes of deliberation must be in accordance with Form 02c (promulgated with Resolution No. 05/2005).
    • The minutes of the appellate criminal trial must be in accordance with Form 02d (promulgated with Resolution No. 05/2005).
    • The appellate criminal judgment must be in accordance with Form 02dd (promulgated with Resolution No. 05/2005).
