Resolution No. 05/2005/NQ-HDTP dated 8 December 2005 of the SPCJC (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 05/2005) (Section 3 of Part II)

Main tasks and practical skills:

Pursuant to Article 245 of the CrPC and Section 3 of Part II of Resolution No. 05/2005, the Judge shall determine the persons participating in the appellate trial. On that basis, the Judge shall send written summons to those persons. The form of the summons depends on each particular person (The summons should follow a standard form, if any).
