    Main tasks and practical skills:

    According to Item 2 of Article 34 of the 2002 Law on Organization of the People’s Courts and Article 2 of the 2002 Ordinance on Organization of the Military Tribunals, Military Tribunals shall be composed of:

    • The Central Military Tribunal;
    • The Regional Military Tribunals and their equivalents;
    • The Area Military Tribunals.
