    Main tasks and practical skills:

    After accepting the case file, the Judge shall consider whether there are sufficient grounds for applying, altering or cancelling deterrent measures. In order to reach a correct conclusion, the Judge should follow Article 243 of the CrPC and Section 2 of Part II of Resolution No. 05/2005.
