Main tasks and practical skills: In principle, the Court of Appeal shall consider the contents of the appeal or protest. However, through studying the case file, the Court of Appeal may review parts of the judgment which have not been appealed or protested when it deems it necessary. The Court should summon persons in relation to such parts to court. |
