4.2. Judges and Assessors of the People’s Courts must ensure objectivity and honesty in conducting their duties


  • Ensure objectivity when assigned to settle and hear a particular case. When adjudicating the case, the judge must rely on the dossier documents and arguments at the court, not use his or her subjective opinions.
  • Be honest during adjudication and not modify case dossiers; apply any appropriate measures in order to identify the facts of the case in an objective, comprehensive manner.
