1.3.6. Oral argument at the trial

  • Main tasks and practical skills:

    • The Judge shall not be allowed to limit the time of oral argument but has the right to interrupt any view which is not relevant to the case.
    • After the persons participating in the proceedings have presented their views and made their responses, the presiding Judge shall request the Procurator to present views on the resolution of the case.
    • Through oral argument, if the Trial Panel finds that any detail of the case has not been considered or the consideration is inadequate or further consideration of evidence is required, the Trial Panel shall decide to resume the questioning and the oral argument shall be continued afterwards.
