4.1.2. Some instances on limitation of resolution


For instance, sales of s occurred before 01-7-1991 with participation of permanently resident Vietnamese overseas, individuals, foreign organizations. Such instances occurred before Ordinance on Housing took effect and were not the circumstances specified in Resolution 58/1998/NQ-UBTVQH10 of August 20th 1998 of Standing Committee of the National Assembly. Such instance is still waiting for the legal regulations for resolution.

  • Main tasks and practical skills:

    • If the case has not been accepted, then the Court shall not accept the case. If the case was accepted, the Court shall temporarily suspend resolution of the case.
    • Note that limitation of this section (1.2) shall be applied to residential houses. If a house is not for the purpose of residence (e.g. a house for storing, manufacturing, or raising poultry, etc.), it will not be subject to limitation of dispute resolution.
