Main tasks and practical skills:
- The Judge should check the minutes of the trial and sign them.
- The Judge should check and review the original judgment in order to print out original copies and sign them; the Judge should transfer the judgment to relevant divisions for delivering, sending and listing, as provided in Article 229 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
- The Court shall issue a copy or an excerpt of the judgment to the victims, civil plaintiffs, civil defendants, persons having related rights and obligations or their lawful representative if required.
- The Judge shall re-arrange the case file and transfer it to a relevant division for archives.
