1.2.7. The Judge should suspend the resolution of the case

    Main tasks and practical skills:

    • The Judge should issue a decision on suspension of the resolution of the case if there exists one of the grounds as provided in Article 192 of the CPC.
    • Within five working days from the date of issuance of the decision on suspension of the resolution of the case, the Judge should send such decision to the litigants and the Procuracy of the same level.
