Main duties and practical skills:

After issuing a decision to commence bankruptcy procedures, the Judge must:

• Serve the decision to commence bankruptcy procedures on the enterprise or co-operative which has become insolvent and on the people's procuracy of the same level, and shall be published on a newspaper.
• Notify the decision to commence bankruptcy procedures to creditors and debtors of the enterprise or co-operative which has become insolvent (who are on the list or have declared).
• Publish the decision in three consecutive editions of a local newspaper of the locality of the main address of the enterprise or co-operative which has become insolvent and of a central daily newspaper
