7. Determining bankruptcy fees

  • Main duties and practical skills:
    After considering that the petition is acceptable, the Judge must consider bankruptcy fees, and request the petitioner to pay bankruptcy fees.

    • Where employees file the petition for commencement of bankruptcy procedures, they shall not have to pay bankruptcy fees.
    • Bankruptcy fees shall be paid in advance by the State Budget in two circumstances: Where employees file the petition for commencement of bankruptcy procedures and where the petitioner does not have money to pay but have another assets as security.
