1.2.8. The Judge shall check the preparation for opening the trial of first instance of the case.


The Judge should check whether the preparation for opening the trial of first instance of the case is completed; if there is any task left or unfinished, the Judge should promptly conclude such task, in order to avoid postponement of the trial.
