Judges must follow strictly provisions on the notification of acceptance of a case. This is an activity to collect evidence.

Main tasks and practical skills:

• Upon filing of the application and attached documents, a flow chart   of the inheritance must be drawn containing the following: deceased, the date of commencing the inheritance, heir at law, relationship among heirs and between the heir and the deceased.
• Opinions of heirs in the notification:
  - To whom do the disputed properties belong? Including what ?
  - Date of commencement of the inheritance
  - Heir at law and relevant rights and obligations
  - Their opinions on the complaint of the plantiff and their detailed requirements.
