    • Main tasks and practical skills:

    The Judge should check the petition, and provide guidelines for the petitioner to prepare the petition with the content and in a format that is in accordance with legal documents; and to pay the court fee as stipulated by the law:

    • Contents of the petition (Article 312 of the CPC).
    • Court fees for the petition to request the resolution of a civil matter (Item 2 of Article 130; Item 2 and Item 3 of Article 127 of the CPC).
