To approve the scheme on transforming the Transportation Service Company II under the Ministry of Communications and Transport into one being experimentally organized and operating after the parent company-affiliate company model.

To rename the Transportation Service Company II the Multi-Mode Transportation Company, which shall operate after the parent company-affiliate company as follows:

- The parent company (the Multi-Mode Transportation Company) is an independent-accounting State enterprise with legal person status, directly engaged in production/business activities, has capital invested in affiliate companies, and takes responsibility for preservation and development of State capital at the company and capital invested in affiliate companies.

- Affiliate companies are joint-stock companies and two-plus member limited liability companies with the parent company holding dominant shares or dominant contributed capital (over 50% of the charter capital).

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
