DECISION No. 93/2004/QD-TTg of May 27, 2004 transforming Tay Ninh Rubber Company into a one-member limited liability company To transform Tay Ninh Rubber Company, an independent cost-accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Rubber Corporation, into a one-member limited liability company with its international transaction name as Tay Ninh Rubber Co. Ltd. (TANIRUCO). Its head-office: Hiep Thanh commune, Go Dau district, Tay Ninh province. Its charter capital: VND 163,893,638,396. TANIRUCO has its own seal and accounts opened at domestic and foreign banks under law provisions, operates under the Enterprise Law and its organization and operation charter.
