DECISION No. 246/2003/QD-BCN of December 30, 2003 transforming Thanh Hoa Beer Company into Thanh Hoa Beer Joint-Stock Company Under this Decision, Thanh Hoa Beer Company, an independent cost-accounting enterprise of Hanoi Beer, Liquor and Beverages Corporation, shall be transformed into a joint-stock company with its English transaction name as Thanh Hoa Beer Joint-Stock Company, abbreviated to THANHHOA BEER. The joint-stock company shall have a charter capital of VND 57,500,000,000, with the State's equities representing 83.3%; and equities sold to laborers of the company, 16.7%. It is headquartered at 152 Quang Trung, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
