The Market Management Force shall perform its functions, tasks and powers as prescribed in Decree No. 10/CP of January 23, 1995 of the Government and the functions and tasks of the Trade Specialized Inspectorate according to the provisions of the Commercial Law as well as other relevant legal documents.

The directors of the provincial/municipal Trade Services (the Trade-Tourism Services), the heads of the Market Management Sub-Departments shall base themselves on the Trade Ministry’s guidance to elaborate the plans on the transfer for submitting them to the presidents of the provincial/municipal People’s Committees so that the latter can take measures to strengthen and enhance the Market Management Force in a comprehensive manner, ensuring the performance of its assigned functions and tasks.- (Summary)
