DECISION No. 144/2004/QD-BCN of November 23, 2004 transforming Section-B 7 enterprises of Viet Tien Garment Company into Viet Thinh Garment Joint-Stock Company Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, Viet Thinh Garment Joint-Stock Company (VTC) is headquartered at No. 58 Thoai Ngoc Hau street, Hoa Thanh ward, Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh city. Its charter capital is VND 26 billion, 25% of which to be held by the State, 58.6% sold to its laborers and 16.4% to outsiders.- (Summary)
