DECREE No.119/1997/ND-CP of December 26, 1997 to readjust administrative boundaries and establish a number of communes in Binh Long, Loc Ninh, Phuoc Long and Bu Dang districts, Binh Phuoc province.

To establish An Phu commune of Binh Long district on the basis of a natural land area of 5,016 ha and a population of 503 of Thanh Luong commune, plus a natural land area of 2,230 ha and a population of 5,964 of An Loc township.

To establish Thanh Phu commune of Binh Long district on the basis of a natural land area of 1,689 ha and a population of 6,043 of Thanh Luong commune, plus a natural land area of 1,272 ha and a population of 4,371 of An Loc township.

To establish Tan Thanh commune of Loc Ninh district on the basis of a natural land area of 4,050 ha and a population of 4,539 of Tan Tien commune.

To establish Bu Gia Map commune of Phuoc Long district on the basis of a natural land area of 23,276 ha and a population of 4,001 of Dak O commune.

To establish Bom Bo commune of Bu Dang district on the basis of a natural land area of 6,280 ha and a population of 1,358 of Dak Nhau commune, plus a natural land area of 6,400 ha and a population of 2,010 of Minh Hung commune.- (Summary)
