DECISION No. 249/2003/QD-BCN of December 31, 2003 transforming Mineral Development Company No. 4 into Mineral Development Joint-Stock Company No. 4 To transform Mineral Development Company No. 4 (an independent-accounting member of Vietnam Mineral Corporation) into Mineral Development Joint-Stock Company No. 4 (MIDECO4). Its head-office: Le Viet Thuat road, Vinh city, Nghe An province. Its charter capital is VND 6 billion, with 51% of which being held by the State and 49% being sold to its laborers.
