DECISION No. 108/2004/QD- BCN of October 12, 2004 transforming Hai Phong Enamel Iron and Aluminum Wares Company into Hai Phong Enamel Iron and Aluminum Wares Joint-Stock Company Under this Decision, Hai Phong Enamel Iron and Aluminum Wares Joint-Stock Company, abbreviated to HALECO, has a charter capital of VND 13,308,700,000; of which the States equities represent 30% and equities sold to laborers in the company, 70%. Its head office is located at No. 1 Ngo Quyen Avenue, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
