DECREE No.57-CP OF OCTOBER 7, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH THE TOWNSHIPS OF KIM MON DISTRICT AND PHU TIEN DISTRICT IN HAI HUNG PROVINCE (Summary)

To establish Phu Thai township of Kim Mon district, Hai Hung province on the basis of a land area of 214.17 hectares and a population of 2,700 from Phuc Thanh A commune and a land area of 53.39 hectares inhabited by 1,650 people from Kim Anh commune in the same district.

Phu Thai township borders Kim Luong commune on the East, Phuc Thanh A commune on the West, Kim Anh commune on the South, Long Xuyen commune on the North.

To establish Vuong township of Phu Tien district, Hai Hung province, on the basis of a land area of 137.96 hectares and a population of 2,434 from Ngo Quyen commune and a land area of 54 hectares and a population of 3,880 from Di Che commune in the same district.

Vuong township borders Doan Dao commune on the East, Di Che commune on the West and the South, Ngo Quyen commune on the North.-
