Decision No.485-TTg of July 29, 1996 of the Prime Minister to establish the Managing Board of industrial parks in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The Managing Board of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Industrial Parks shall have the legal person status, its bank accounts, its own seal, staff and operational fund allocated by the State Budget; it shall perform the managing tasks and the powers over industrial parks as provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks issued together with Decree No.192-CP of December 28, 1994 of the Government.- (Summary)
