DECREE No.69-CP OF OCTOBER 28, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT TO ESTABLISH TAY HO PRECINCT IN HANOI CITY (Summary) To establish Tay Ho precinct in Hanoi City on the basis of merging Buoi, Thuy Khe and Yen Phu wards of Ba Dinh precinct with Tu Lien, Nhat Tan, Quang An, Xuan La and Phu Thuong communes of Tu Liem district. Tay Ho precinct, with a land area of 2,042.7 hectares and a population of 69,713, consists of 8 wards: Buoi, Thuy Khe, Yen Phu, Tu Lien, Nhat Tan, Quang An, Xuan La and Phu Thuong. It borders Gia Lam district and Ba Dinh precinct on the East, Tu Liem district on the West, Ba Dinh precinct on the South, and Dong Anh district on the North.-
