DECREE No.120/1997/ND-CP of December 27, 1997 stipulating the management and use of State budget and property for a number of defense and security activities.

This Decree stipulates the elaboration of budget estimates, the implementation of the State budget, accounting and State budget account settlement as well as the State management over State property in the field of defense and security.- (Summary)
