DECISION No. 49/2004/QD-TTg of March 30, 2004 supplementing Article 5 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 28/2004/QD-TTg of March 4, 2004 on reorganization of production, and application of some solutions to settlement of difficulties, of sugar refineries and companies Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, Article 5 of above-said Decision No. 28/2004/QD-TTg is supplemented as follows: To assign the State Audit to audit group-2 and -3 sugar refineries under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 28/2004/QD-TTg of March 4, 2004; clearly define investment and financial practical situation of enterprises as well as objective and subjective causes and report thereon to the Prime Minister. The audit must be conducted expeditiously and synchronously together with the mea-sures taken by ministries, branches and localities prescribed in Article 5 of Decision No. 28/2004/QD-TTg, serving as a basis for handling financial difficulties of group-2 and -3 sugar refineries.- (Summary) |
