DECISION No. 221/2003/QD-TTg of October 30, 2003 renaming Quy Nhon Teachers Training University Quy Nhon University Under this Decision, Quy Nhon Teachers Training University is renamed Quy Nhon University, which is a tertiary training establish-ment under the Ministry of Education and Training, has the legal person status, its own seal and bank accounts. Quy Nhon University is tasked to train teachers of university degree, step by step open more training disciplines suitable to its training capability and the society's demand for human resources; and to conduct scientific research in service of socio-economic development. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Sumamry) |
