DECISION

Regarding import duty on imported goods of Cambodian origin

This Decision promulgates a list of farm produce of Cambodian origin imported into Vietnam and eligible for the preferential import tax rate of 0% (zero per cent) and applies to imports declarations registered with customs offices from September 1, 2006.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
