DECISION No. 213/2003/QD-TTg of October 23, 2003 recognizing communes belonging to former Safety Zone of Thai Nguyen province

This Decision of the Prime Minister recognizes 34 communes in Dinh Hoa, Dai Tu, Vo Nhai, Pho Yen, Phu Binh and Phu Luong rural districts, Thai Nguyen province, as being included in the former Safety Zone during the pre-August 1945 Revolution period and the resistance war against the French colonialists.

In the 2003-2007 period, the central budget shall annually allocate around VND 30 billion as support for local budgets for investment in infrastructure as well as the protection and restoration of, historical relics in these 34 communes and the former Safety Zone's communes already recognized under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 70/TTg of January 27, 1995.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
