DECISION No. 294/2003/QD-BGTVT of January 28, 2003 promulgating the Regulation on the responsibilities and handling of organizations and individuals having violated the regulations on management and administration of operation of land-road motorized vehicles' tonnage-inspecting stations This Regulation defines the responsibilities and forms of handling of violators of the regulations on managing and administering the operation of land-road motorized vehicles' tonnage-inspecting stations.
