The Regulation on reception, processing, issuance and archival of documents at the Aquatic Resources Ministry's office, issued together with this Decision, prescribes the reception, processing, issuance and archival of ordinary administrative documents in Vietnamese language, including documents on organization and personnel.

This Regulation shall not apply to documents in foreign languages, "secret", "top secret" and "strictly confidential" documents, "secret" telegraphs, documents "arriving" and "departing" through computer networks and the compilation and issuance of legal documents.- (Summary)
