DECISION No. 03/2004/QD-BNN of January 28, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of Yok Don National Park The Regulation on organization and operation of Yok Don National Park, promulgated together with this Decision, applies to officials and employees in Yok Don National Park as well as organizations and individuals involved in the operation of the Park. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 2428/NN-TCCB/QD of September 20, 1997 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, approving the Regulation on operation and management organization of Yok Don National Park.- (Summary)
