DECISION No. 03/2004/QD-BKHCN of April 29, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of the Department for Assessment, Evaluation and Expertise of Technologies Promulgated together with this Decision was the Regulation on organization and operation of the Department for Assessment, Evaluation and Expertise of Technologies, which is an unit attached to the Ministry of Science and Technology, assisting the Minister in performing the function of uniform State management over activities of assessing, evaluating and expertising technologies, transferring technologies and providing consultancy in these domains. The Regulation prescribes the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure and working relationships of the Department for Assessment, Evaluation and Expertise of Technologies. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Science, Technology and Environment Minister's (now the Science and Technology Minister) Decision No. 2693/QD-TCCB of November 16, 1996 promulgating the organization and operation charter of the Office for Technological and Environmental Evaluation of Investment Projects.- (Summary) |
