DECISION No. 05/2004/QD-BBCVT of January 20, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on national postal codes The Regulation on national postal codes, promulgated together with this Decision, prescribes the formulation and management of national postal codes used for activities of public postal networks and services in the postal domain nationwide. National postal codes apply to all organizations and individuals engaged in postal activities. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
