DECISION

Promulgating the Regulation on grant of certificates of origin - Form E, for enjoyment of preferences under the Agreement on Trade in Goods within the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the People’s Republic of China

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 1727/2003/QD-BTM of December 12, 2003, and Decision No. 09/2006/QD-BTM of February 24, 2006.- (Summary)
