DECISION

Promulgating the Regulation on elaboration, promulgation, inspection of implementation, handling, review and systematization of legal documents issued by the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Agriculture and Rural Development Minister’s Decision No. 73/2004/QD-BNN of December 13, 2004, and the Fisheries Minister’s Decision No. 26/2006/QD-BTS of December 29, 2006, and Decision No. 11/2006/QD-BTS of july 19, 2006.- (Summary)
