DECISION

Providing the regime of collection, remittance, management and use, and levels, of the evaluation charge and the fee for granting permits for exploration, exploitation and use of water resources, discharge of wastewater into water sources and drilling for ground water

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”

Other matters related to the collection, remittance, management, use, documents, and publicity of the evaluation charge and the fee for granting permits for exploration, exploitation and use of water resources, discharge of wastewater into water sources and drilling for ground water which are not mentioned in this Decision shall comply with Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC of July 24, 2002, and Circular No. 45/2006/TT-BTC of May 25, 2006.- (Summary)
