DECISION No. 23/2004/QD-BBCVT of May 27, 2004 promulgating the professional criteria of directors and deputy-directors of provincial/municipal Post and Telematics Services The professional criteria promulgated together with this Decision shall serve as basis for the provincial/municipal People's Committee presidents to conduct the planning, training, fostering, assessment, employment and appointment of directors and deputy-directors of provincial/municipal Post and Telematics Services. The said professional criteria include general criteria and specific criteria, such as: knowledge, capacity, moral quality, qualifi-cations, managerial experience and age. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
