DECISION No. 01/2004/QD-BKHCN of April 29, 2004 promulgating the organization and operation charter of the Information Communication Technology Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology Promulgated together with this Decision was the organization and operation charter of the Information Communication Technology Center (ICTC), which is an unit attached to the Ministry of Science and Technology, functions to organize the development and application of information technology and computerization of administrative management in service of the Ministry's State management. The ICTC is headquartered in Hanoi and has its representative offices in some localities. The charter prescribes the tasks, powers, organizational structure, working relationships and financial management of the ICTC. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
