DECISION No DECISION No. 17/2002/QD-BTS OF MAY 24, 2002 PROMULGATING THE LISTS OF AQUATIC VETERINARY DRUGS ALLOWED FOR USE OR RESTRICTED FROM USE IN AQUACULTURE

THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.50/CP of June 21, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;

Pursuant to Decision No. 03/2002/QD-BTS of January 23, 2002 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources promulgating the Regulation on management of aquatic veterinary drugs;

At the proposals of the director of the Aquatic Resources Protection Department and the director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Lists of aquatic veterinary drugs allowed for use or restricted from use in aquaculture (enclosed herewith).

Article 2.- This Decision takes implementation effect 15 days after its signing. All previous decisions which are contrary to this Decision are hereby annulled.

Article 3.- The director of the Office, the directors of the Departments, the chief inspector of the Ministry, the director of the Aquatic Resources Protection Department, the director of the Aquatic Quality and Hygiene Inspection Center, directors of the provincial/municipal Services of Aquatic Resources and the provincial/municipal Agriculture and Rural Development Services which manage aquatic resources shall have to implement this Decision.
