DECISION No. 87/2004/QD-BTC of November 18, 2004 prescribing the charge tariffs and management and use of Bach Long Vy port and anchorage charges The charge prescribed in this Decision constitutes a State budget revenue, 90% of which to be retained by the collecting units and 10% remitted into the State budget according to the provisions of the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC of July 24, 2002.
