DECISION No. 14/2004/QD-TTg of January 29, 2004 permitting the application of mechanism for the transformation of Industrial Machine and Instrument Institute into an enterprise operating in the field of science and technology, which shall be experimentally organized after the parent company-affiliate company model

Under this Decision, Industrial Machine and Instrument Institute shall be reorganized into a parent company, which shall have the function of conducting scientific and technological research and transferring and applying the results thereof to the manufacture of hi-tech mechanical products according to market mechanism and law provisions.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
