Inter-ministerial Circular No. 05/TTLT of January 27, 1997 providing guidance on the making of reports on non-wage revenues of the administrative and non-business agencies and units. The administrative and non-business agencies and units which operate independently, have their own seals, are assigned staff quotas by the State and receive wages from the State budget shall have to make such reports. The revenues outside wages that must be reported include: deductions with State permission from school tuitions, hospital fees, tax...; deductions with the permission of the heads of such agencies and units from proceeds from services, production and/or business activities such as location renting, acting as commission agents for the agencies, units or organizations and other forms of income-generating activities initiated by the agencies and units.- (Summary) |
