DECISION

Promulgating civil status registers and forms

Promulgated together with this Decision are eight kinds of civil status registers and 57 civil status forms, which shall be used uniformly nationwide.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 1203 QD/TP-HT of December 26, 1998.- (Summary)
