DECISION No. 23/2003/QD-BXD of September 15, 2003 promulgating 3 standards on thermal insulation, which are converted from ISO standards into Vietnamese construction standards, TCXD VN 298:2003; 299:2003 and 300:2003 This Decision of the Construction Ministry promulgates three Vietnamese construction standards: - TCXDVN 298:2003: "Building components and building elements - Thermal resistance and thermal transmittance - Calculation method" - TCXDVN 299:2003: "Thermal insulation - Physical quantities and definitions" - TCXDVN 300:2003: "Thermal insulation - Heat transfer conditions and properties of materials - Vocabulary."
