DECISION No.101/1998/QD-TTg of May 30, 1998 on the upgrading of Thai Nguyen Teachers' Training Intermediate School into Thai Nguyen Teachers' College. To upgrade Thai Nguyen Teachers' Training Intermediate School into Thai Nguyen Teachers' College, which shall be directly attached to the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province and subject to the State management by the Ministry of Education and Training over its educational and training activities.
